Our Founder
Dr. Mikel Whittier brings over 15 years of experience in health equity, organizational strategy, and leadership development. As a strategist, speaker, and coach, Mikel has partnered with hospital systems, public health departments, nonprofits, and government agencies to embed equity into operations, build high-performing teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
Mikel's approach is rooted in cultural humility, strategic precision, and an unwavering commitment to honoring the expertise of communities and practitioners on the ground.
